Itinerary

On arrival at Delhi – The capital of India . you will be received by Greenlimon Holidays Repersenatative and he will transfer you to your hotel for check in. Standard check in time – 1400 Hrs.Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Delhi.

After breakfast, proceed for a full day sightseeing tour of Delhi, beginning with a heritage walk through Old Delhi followed by a visit through the UNESCO world heritage sites in New Delhi. Qutub Minar is a heritage building Standing tall at 73-metres, the tower consists of 5 storeys with a flight of spiral stairs leading to its top. The walls are adorned with decorative motifs and Quranic inscriptions. Humayun’s tomb is the tomb of the Mughal Emperor Humayun.Later drive past the imposing India Gate, the Parliament building and the RashtrapatiBhawan, the President’s residence. Dinner and overnight stay will be at Delhi .

After breakfast, you will be driven to Jaipur- Jaipur is the capital and largest city in India’s northern state of Rajasthan. earning it the nickname,’The Pink City’ (approx 260 kms/ 5-6 hours drive). Arrive Jaipur and check in at the Hotel . In evening visit Chokhi Dhani – It is an ethnic village resort offering you all type of entertainment options including dance, music, food. After breakfast, proceed for a full day tour of Jaipur, visiting Amer Fort – Amer Fort, officially known as the ‘Amer Palace’, is one of the most famous forts of Rajasthan. Perfectly picturesque, this 16th century hillside residence is well preserved, boasting grand pavilions and mirrored halls that open onto flourishing gardens and courtyards.en-route photo stop at Hawa Mahal – Palace of Winds- One of Jaipur’s most recognised buildings, the Hawa Mahal (Palace of Winds) is known for its iconic façade. Small windows, decorated with intricate latticework create a honeycomb-like appearance City Palace – The beautiful palace was built by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh and Astronomical Observatory –Jantar Mantar Built by Jai Singh, the first Maharaja of Jaipur. they were used to measure the position of the sun, stars and planets. Rest of day is free for leisure . Dinner and Overnight stay will be at Jaipur

After breakfast, you will be driven to Agra- . (approx 250 kms/ 5 hours drive). Home of the world-famous Taj Mahal with a stop enroute at Fatehpur Sikri- This world heritage site is rated as one of the best preserved collections of Mughal architecture in India.Arrive Agra and you will be transferred to your hotel. Dinner and Overnight stay will be at Agra

Early morning visit sunrise Taj Mahal (closed on every Friday). visit Taj Mahal at sunset. a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the new Seven Wonders of the World – it’s also the enduring legacy of a royal love story. The moment is closed to public on Fridays. Return to the hotel for breakfast. Later visit Agra Fort Known as the Red Fort of Agra, this walled imperial city was founded in 1565 by the Emperor Akbar (1556-1605) and is a well-deserving UNESCO World Heritage site Dinner and Overnight stay will be at Agra.

After early breakfast, you will be transferred to Agra railway station to board the train to Jhansi. On arrival, you will be met and transfer to Khajuraho- Khajuraho is considered one of India’s seven wonders and listed as a UNESCO world heritage site with a en-route at Orchha temples (Approx. 210 kms / 4 hours drive). with main attractions including the intricate palace of Jahangir Mahal, the 14 Cenotaphs and the white-washed Ram Raja Temple.. Dinner and Overnight stay will be at Khajuraho

After breakfast, you will be taken for the tour of the temples at Khajuraho. The architectural style of the Khajuraho temples is very different from the temple prototype of that period. The temples of Khajuraho are divided into three geographical groups: Western, Eastern and Southern. At an appropriate time, you will be met and transferred to Khajuraho airport to board flight to Varanasi. Varanasi is a sacred and oldest city located at the banks of the holy River Ganga. Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Evening witness Aarti ceremony at the ghat. Ganges Aarti s performed daily in the evening by a group of priests at the Dashashwamedh Ghat The whole event takes around 45 minutes. An announcement at 7.00 pm indicates the beginning of the Aarti.

Early morning visit to the Ganges and enjoy boat ride on the holy river. It gives a glimpse of morning life along the ghats in Varanasi . you can see stunning views of sun rising in the eastern horizon. mLater enjoy walk in local market and visit local temples. Afternoon visit to Sarnath (please note the museum at Sarnath is closed on Fridays) It is here that Buddha came after reaching enlightenment at Bodh Gaya and where he first began his teachings of Dharma and the four noble truths to his five disciples Sarnath Archeological Museum, which also houses some of the greatest treasures of Indian Buddhist art, including almost 300 images. The Deer Park, which is the site of Buddha’s first teachings, is maintained as an animal park and still home to resident deer.

Breakfast is at the hotel. At an appropriate time, you will be met and transferred to Varanasi airport to board flight to Delhi.Upon arrival you will be met and transferred to your hotel closer to airport.Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Delhi .
