- Reporting: Reach helipad 1 hour before departure with valid ID; verification is mandatory.
- Current Booking: Limited tickets available at Katra & Sanjichhat counters; RFID card & physical presence required. Priority given to senior citizens (65+), medical cases, and differently-abled.
Cancellation & Refund:
- Cancellation only via online mode (till 2 days before travel).
- 70% refund + full GST on cancellations.
- 100% refund in case of full-day bad weather.
- Refund processed within 15 working days.
