Lalitgiri, Ratnagiri & Udaygiri : Odisha Buddhist Tours

Upon arrival at Biju Patnaik International Airport, also known as Bhubaneswar Airport, in the state of Odisha, you will be met and greeted by our Greenlimon Holidays representative. Later transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free .  Dinner and Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar

After breakfast drive to visit the Buddist ruins and excavation site of Ratnagiri, Udaygiri  and Lalitgiri  (Where Tooth relic of Buddha was found) of 2nd Century to 12^th Century AD. After visit back to Tangi (Cuttack) for overnight stay.

After breakfast drive to visit the excavation site of Langudi hill, And the sacred Stone elephant. On the way to Puri visit the Ashokan rock edict of 3^rd Century B.C, at Peace Pagoda in Dhauli. Overnight in Puri

After breakfast  drive to  Konark  to visit  The Sun Temple ,a world heritage site. Later walk to visit fishermen village, then drive to Puri along the marine drive to visit Jagannath temple area and market (Non Hindus are not permitted inside) . Overnight at hotel in Puri.

After breakfast checkout and drive to Bhubaneswar, on the way visiting  the temples of Bhubaneswar mainly Parasurameswar Temple(7^th Century AD.), Mukteswar Temple  (10^th Century AD.), Rajarani  Temple    ( 11^th Century AD.) and Lingaraj Temple ( 11^th Century AD) . and Khandagiri, Udaygiri Jain Caves of 2^nd Century B.C. Later in time drive to airport for onward journey.
