Itinerary
Upon arrival at Rajkot Airport. Meet and Greet by our representative . Later drive to Gir National Park and Wildlife Sanctuary, also known as Sasan Gir Approx 182 Kms /4 Hours is famous for being the home of the Asiatic lions.
Safari bookings for the Gir Jungle Trail remain suspended from 16th June to 15th October every year due to weather conditions.
Note: Safari at Sasan Gir will be subject to availability and prior permission. Note that 100% permits are available online only, with an online window opening 90 days prior to the visit date. If the online permit is sold out, guests cannot do the safari as there is no offline system. Once a permit is booked, it is non-amendable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. We need valid identity proof of all traveling guests along with advance payment within the time limit to book the permits.

Morning Safari -Gir Jungle Trail-
Safari Timings and duration Approx 3 Hours.
- Morning: 6:45 AM to 9:45 AM
- Evening: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Gir Jungle Trail is the core zone of Gir National Park, offering the best chance to spot lions in their natural habitat.
Best Time to Visit: Early mornings (6:00 AM–9:00 AM) are ideal for wildlife sightings. The jungle trail is conducted in open 4×4 jeeps, accompanied by a trained naturalist and driver. The route takes you deep into the park, providing the best opportunities to spot Asiatic lions, leopards, hyenas, and other wildlife.You’ll pass through dense teak forests, grasslands, and water bodies like the Hiran River, a popular spot for marsh crocodiles.
After breakfast visit visit Devaliya Park, Crocodile Park, and Gir Museum
In evening option for Safari .
Dinner and overnight stay at Gir National Park .
After breakfast , In time transfer to Rajkot Airport for onwards journey .
